Please join the Hillcrest Cluster Board to discuss the proposed move to a reserved parking plan that will feature one reserved parking spot per residence. As previewed at the Annual Meeting in December, in last year’s community survey of Hillcrest Cluster residents, a significant majority of respondents identified parking as their most troubling issue. The Board considered a number of options, and after consulting with the Cluster’s legal counsel, selected a one reserved spot system as the most equitable and workable option.
When: 17 April 2019, 7:30 to 9:00pm
Where: Forest Edge Elementary School, Cafeteria
The Board will open the meeting with an explanation of the parking issue within the Cluster, how a one reserved spot system could work, and provide a draft map depicting the proposed parking system. The bulk of the meeting is for a discussion among residents. The Board is interested in hearing from as many residents as possible, and we will request that residents limit their opening statement to two minutes, with the opportunity to respond for one minute to a direct question.
The Board looks forward to the discussion on the 17th.
