In late August/early September, the cluster will have maintenance work performed for the upkeep of our roadwork and sidewalks. Specifically, sidewalk repairs will occur in the Fairfield and Bryan Courts sections of the cluster. Road patches will be applied throughout the cluster, with a specific focus on cracks on the hill down to the Lower Bridges. The Board is coordinating with our contractor to schedule work with minimal to no impact on trash collection services. We will follow up with an email on specific dates, and notices on homes in areas where parking may be affected.
