Please join the Hillcrest Cluster Board to discuss the proposed move to a reserved parking plan that will feature one reserved parking spot per residence.  As previewed at the Annual Meeting in December, in last year's community survey of Hillcrest Cluster residents, a significant majority of respondents identified parking as their most troubling issue.
